It’s getting cold again❄️, I don’t think it’s appropriate to have hot pot rn but bbq is still on my list & it can be healthy too! Let’s not restrict ourselves to slabs of meat and processed items like frankfurters - these are high in sodium! We can also enjoy fresh ingredients, forming a balanced diet such as roasting mushrooms 🍄, courgettes, bell peppers and pineapples🍍- it’s the best! Keep warm everyone!

天氣又凍返喇,唔打邊爐都可以燒烤! 其實燒嘢食唔一定要大魚大肉,唔一定要食醃制過嘅高鹽分食物,如腸、丸等。大家多選擇新鮮食材,燒多啲菇、瓜、唔同顏色嘅燈籠椒⋯仲可以燒菠蘿-我致愛!祝大家有個溫暖嘅晚上!
